## About Max Truckers
Max Truckers is a leading end-to-end Logistics Support Services provider operating in the US. They provide up to 50 different Logistics services for owner operated trucks. Some of the key services they provide are Fuel cards, Insurance, Freight Brokers, 3PL, Carriers, Factoring, Technology, Load management and Dispatch.
As they exist as service provider palced at the crux of the trucking industry, a host of their business involves dealing with a number of service providers, and integrating their workflows to deliver valuable services to the end customer. Their operations cover a range of aspects for a trucker - i.e, right from lead generation and identifying truck owners who would require a slew of services that are quintessential to profitably run their trucks without any significant downtimes.

Max team, having explored a number of turn-key tools and platforms such as HubSpot CRM, and few other platforms - nothing they could narrow down that really could scale and adapt to meet all their unique needs to completely automate and shape their back-office operations. They were left with only the option to go for bespoke software development to digitise their business operations.


## Partnering with Tacten
Having heard about Tacten’s capabilities in delivering digital solutions using low-code / batteries included platforms, our approach to bespoke software development found to be truly a sweet spot for Maxtruckers in terms of both value proposition, cost and turn around time. We put together a team and started delivering the project phase by phase and in a matter of 6 months, the client had their entire backend operations digitized and users on-boarded to use the production system, in a 9 months time frame.

## The salient operational areas digitized

CRM / Prospector™ - a fully automated prospecting solution to take the guesswork and cognitive load out the minds of sales reps. -


Prospector is all about intelligent lead curation, prioritisation and lead assignment to sales team members. The main objective is to alleviate the guesswork involved in lead prioritisation (say from a pool of ten thousands) off the salesperson’s plate. On a daily basis, prospector will present a curated lead list to each sales person to act upon - this alleviates the cognitive load on the sales person in deciding their daily work list.
Additionally - prospector has features of scheduled interrupts and live interrupts that gets triggered based on various predefined events - it gets into the pool which then is presented to the top of sales team members' work list queue to be acted upon on priority basis.

### Load Management / Dispatcher Module :

As part of the Load Management Service, they handle load bookings, tracking pickups, and drops, and managing all the documentation of both parties including the invoice. The business process is heavily workflow driven and entails time bound activities for optimal service delivery.

Current Pain Point:

Maxtruckers already has a huge client base of more than 5000. When working with such a large client base its very difficult to keep track of their requirements, at the same time focus on new leads.
They managed their entire Dispatch process using google sheets. This obviously had a lot of gaps for them to better streamline the business processes. So the new system was designed to set the right way to handle things and with no data losses.

UI interface design:

A separate page layout for handling all the leads and opportunities on a priority basis was key to improving productivity and reducing search time. We cloud configure a page where precise information is displayed.

As a result of reducing the number of clicks, we were able to improve navigation between leads, not just navigation but also by adding a follow-up, a quick overview of the Lead, showing only necessary information, reducing scrolling and searching for important information.

Payments: Subscription with Custom Stripe Integration:

We implemented a solution utilizing the default subscription module in ERPNext, combined with custom integration with Stripe. This approach offers a more automated and error-free method for managing payments.
